Common questions

What counts as a document?

Each page of a PDF, image, or scanned attachment counts as one document. A 3-page invoice = 3 documents. Emails without attachments don't count toward your limit.

What happens if I go over my limit?

Documents keep processing — you're never cut off. Overages are billed per page for your plan, up to your overage cap (Starter and Pro only).

Can I change plans?

Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — 7-day free trial with full Pro-tier features. At the end of the trial, your account is downgraded unless you choose a paid plan.
