Automated Processing & Customer Review Queue Consent

Effective date: April 1, 2026 · Version 2026-02-24

1. What This Consent Covers

By accepting this consent, you authorize Inbox Admin to automatically process email attachments received in your connected Gmail account(s). This includes downloading attachments, classifying their document type, extracting key data fields, and executing rules you have configured.

2. How Automated Processing Works

When a new email arrives in your connected Gmail account, the Service automatically: detects attachments (PDFs, images, and supported document types); uploads them securely to cloud storage; classifies the document type (invoice, receipt, statement, etc.); extracts relevant data fields such as amounts, dates, and vendor names; and applies your configured rules (labeling, forwarding, QuickBooks sync, etc.).

3. Customer Review Queue

When the Service has low confidence in a document classification, the document is placed in a review queue rather than being processed automatically. You or authorized members of your organization can review these items, confirm or correct the classification, and approve further processing. Items in the review queue are not acted upon by rules until resolved.

4. Actions Taken Automatically

Based on your configured rules, the Service may take the following actions without additional confirmation: apply Gmail labels to messages; forward emails to specified addresses (within your allowed domain list); create bills or records in connected QuickBooks accounts; create calendar events; and send notifications to team members.

5. Your Control

You retain full control over automated processing at all times. You can configure, disable, or delete any rule. You can enable “dry run” mode on rules to preview actions before they execute. You can disconnect your Gmail account to stop all processing. You can review the audit log for a complete history of actions taken.

6. Revoking Consent

You may revoke this consent at any time by disconnecting your Gmail account in Settings or by contacting us. Revoking consent will stop all automated processing but will not delete data already processed. To request data deletion, see our Privacy Policy.
